Man City star Kevin De Bruyne’s 70-acre mansion was broken into and trashed while he was in Saudi Arabia

During a break-in that took place on Saturday, the residence of Kevin De Bruyne, who resides in Belgium, was apparently ruined by the robbers.

A raid was conducted on the property, although the Manchester City star, his wife Michele, and their three children were not present at the time of the search.

It was reported by the Belgian news station HLN that objects had been removed, but there was no other information available. A stepladder was utilized by the intruders in order to gain access to the first level of the property located in Bolderberg, Heusden-Zolder.

The mansion, which was constructed out of natural white stone and was finished in February 2019, was constructed by De Bruyne, who is 32 years old and purchased the 70-acre property in 2015.

Swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a basketball court are all included in the house’s amenities.

De Bruyne constructed the mansion on a forty-acre tract of property that he had purchased in the year 2015.

After Manchester City’s match against Crystal Palace ended in a 2-2 tie, De Bruyne, who is one of the highest-paid players in the Premier League with an average weekly salary of approximately 425,000 pounds, boarded a flight to Saudi Arabia to compete in the FIFA Club World Cup.

It was reported by HLN that the De Bruyne family only makes occasional use of the home when they travel to Belgium. The most of their time is spent in Wilmslow, which is located in Cheshire.

Despite the fact that he was unable to play on Saturday due to a hamstring injury, the midfielder was able to watch the game from the stands at Etihad Stadium.

Pep Guardiola’s squad of 23 players, which departed for the Middle East on Saturday night to compete in the Club World Cup, included him as a member of the player pool.

Tuesday is the day when City will play the Japanese team Urawa Reds in their semi-final match, and it is currently unknown whether or not he will be able to participate in any portion of the game.

At the beginning of the season, De Bruyne participated in the FA Community Shield match against Arsenal. However, he was subsequently substituted out of the match against Burnley, which was City’s first Premier League match.

In order to address the hamstring injury, De Bruyne underwent surgery, and he is just now getting closer to being able to return to duty.

Over the course of the weekend, he stated, “It’s going really well.” I had surgery because the injury was quite severe. On the other hand, we are moving closer and closer to the new year, which was his estimated date of return.
