Liam, son of former Real Madrid defender Marcelo, received a very surprising gift from Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo this Christmas.

Cristiano Ronaldo and Brazilian defender Marcelo continue to maintain a friendly relationship, even though the two have grown apart after no longer playing for their former club Real Madrid. Also added, Marcelo and his teammates at Fluminense recently won the FIFA Club World Cup runner-up title, after losing to Man City with a score of 0-4 in the recent final.

Marcelo and his family have started their vacation these days before entering the new season, which is likely to be his last as a professional football player.

All attention also focused on Marcelo’s family when Liam, the second son of the former Real defender, showed off a very surprising gift from Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo this Christmas. More specifically, Ronaldo, the striker currently playing for Al Nassr in the Saudi Pro League, sent little Liam a shirt with his signature on it. Needless to sаy, how excited and happy Liam was for the most special gift he received this Christmas. 

In a post on social networks, Liam shared a photo of him wearing Ronaldo’s jersey, along with a status line expressing his thanks and admiration to his idol Ronaldo for this gift.
