Cristiano Ronaldo shares his children with girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez

After the birth of their daughter, Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez are rediscovering “hope and happiness” while grieving their son.

The soccer star announced on Instagram on April 18, 2022, that one of their newborn twins, a boy, had died.

Rodriguez told viewers about that day in a promo for season 2 of her Netflix series I am Georgina about a year later.

“Over 40 million people follow me, yet nobody knows my true feelings. Ronaldo “encouraged” her to live life again after the tragic loss “This year, I had the best and worst moment of my life in an instant “. Life is hard. Life continues. I have reasons to advance and be powerful.”

Ronaldo had his first son, Cristiano, in 2010. Ronaldo would have twins via surrogacy and a kid with Rodriguez seven years later. Then, in October 2021, they revealed they were expecting boy-girl twins in April 2022.

Ronaldo remarked, “Becoming a parent and raising my family is honestly the greatest privilege I’ve had.”

Ronaldo and Rodriguez celebrated the twins’ 6th birthday in June 2023. Eva’s mermaid cake and Mateo’s soccer cake were part of the dual celebration.

Ronaldo and girlfriend Rodriguez confirmed their pregnancy in July 2017, weeks after twins Eva and Mateo were born. On Nov. 12, 2017, they had their first child, Ronaldo’s fourth.

Rodriguez and Ronaldo revealed their twin pregnancy in October 2021. The Manchester United footballer announced the news with a snapshot of himself and Rodríguez in bed, clutching ultrasound images.

Ronaldo broke the devastating news that their newborn boy twin had died in April 2022.

We are devastated to report the deаth of our newborn child. It hurts parents the most “Ronaldo wrote. “Only the birth of our baby girl gives us the strength to live this moment with some hope and happiness.”

Ronaldo praised their physicians and nurses for “all their expert care and support.”

Ronaldo said on Nov. 15, 2022, that he informed his elder children that Bella, the newborn girl, was well but her twin brother, Ángel, had perished.

“Gio arrived home and the kids start to sаy where’s the other baby, where’s the other baby?” Ronaldo told Piers Morgan.

“The kids ask, ‘Mom, where is the other baby?'” the athlete said. “After one week I sаy, ‘Let’s be upfront, and let’s be honest with the kids, let’s sаy that, Ángel, which is his nаme, he go to the Heaven.'”

Ronaldo said that the family discusses Ángel daily. “The youngsters understood, shouting around the table and pointing to the sky, saying ‘Daddy, I did this for Ángel’. His presence in their lives makes me like him most. I’ll tell my kids the trutҺ, which was hard.”
