On Wednesday, the 23-man shortlist for the 2023 FIFA FIFPRO World 11 was disclosed, featuring star footballers from various positions. Notable forwards nominated include Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Karim Benzema, Erling Haaland, Harry Kane, Kylian Mbappe, and Vinicius Junior.

The final XI will consist of a minimum of three and a maximum of four forwards, to be officially revealed on January 15 at The Best FIFA Football Awards ceremony in London.
