Speaking to Abendzeitung’s Maximilian Koch, the young German player clearly expressed his desire for the new year.

It may be half a year away, but EURO 2024 remаins top of mind for all Germans – including Bayern  Munich star Jamal Musiala.

“ We will play the European Championship at home. You will always want to experience such a tournament once in your career. We all want to work together on the field to ensure that the whole of Germany is behind us and creates a great spirit. We have seen Argentina’s achievements at the 2022 World Cup as to what we can achieve with such spirit. Personally, I want to become European champion. ” Musiala told Maximilian Koch of Abendzeitung.

 Musiala wants to win EURO.

 EURO 2024 is where Musiala is expected to become the focus of the German team.

“ I am very happy and motivated when many people believe in me. I have very high demands on myself and my performances. Of course I want to win big titles in my career. Unfortunately, we were eliminated in the World Cup group stage. Personally, I am very disappointed and I see EURO at home as a big opportunity to do better ,” Musiala said.

With rumors that  Barcelona ‘s Ilkay Gundogan  could be moved up to the number 10 position, it remаins to be seen how Musiala’s role will be allocated. 

Recently, this young player also committed his future to the Gray Tigers .
