The fact that Xavi Hernandez has chosen to leave Barcelona at the conclusion of the current season has completely rearranged the situation at Barcelona.
In spite of the fact that the Catalans were having a difficult season in terms of the domestic tournaments, the club has been compelled to search the market for a replacement player as a result of Xavi’s unexpected resignation.
Over the course of the last forty-eight hours, a number of prominent players from the Premier League have been speculated to be interested in relocating to Catalonia. These players include Jurgen Klopp, Roberto De Zerbi, and Thiago Motta, among others. Even moving for former Hansi Flick is something that Barcelona is contemplating.
On the other hand, a dream come true for Barcelona supporters and the club itself would be to hire a manager like Luis Enrique or Pep Guardiola, two individuals who have achieved tremendous success at Camp Nou and are intimately familiar with the club.
Those in the Barcelona locker room are already clamoring for Enrique to be appointed as manager. Enrique has previously handled a number of the players who are currently playing for the club.

Guardiola & Enrique’s return is not possible
A recent report from Mundo Deportivo, on the other hand, has brought to light the fact that it is in fact impossible for Barcelona to re-appoint either Guardiola or Enrique in the near future.
This is due to the fact that both managers are now employed and have a contract that extends beyond the summer that is quickly approaching.
Enrique, on the other hand, signed with Paris Saint-Germain during the summer of 2017. PSG has placed a significant amount of money on the Spaniard as a potential manager in previous years.
Despite the fact that Paris Saint-Germain has not gotten off to the best possible start to the season, Enrique continues to be an important figure and it is highly improbable that he will be fired just one year after being hired..
On the other hand, Guardiola is currently in his eighth season at Manchester City, which is rather an anomaly considering the track record he has established throughout his career.
However, the Catalan has achieved a great deal of success at Manchester City and has established himself in England. In the same vein as Enrique, he is under contract at Etihad until the year 2025.
Therefore, in order to identify a capable replacement for Xavi, who will continue to fulfill the role of head coach until the conclusion of the current season, Barcelona needs to investigate other possibilities.
