That should make it easier for the England captain to buy a fаncy home in Grunwald, which is known as the “Bavarian Beverley Hills.”
Kane and his wife Katie Goodland looked at homes earlier this year. Now, the former Tottenham star has seen a 12-room mansion.
Real estate agencies in the area sаy the house has heated pools indoors and outdoors, a wine cellar, home theater rooms, and a wellness area.
Over 400 square meters of living space can be found in the fenced-in property, which has a main house and a separate guest house.Bild says that Kane, who is 30 years old, wants to rent the house for a claimed £70,000 a month instead of buying it.
There are beautiful forest walks, an exclusive golf course, and lots of lush restaurants close that serve caviar for £450 a plate in Grünwald, which means “green forest.”
A-list celebs and some of Harry’s new teammates at Bayern Munich like to hang out there.
Bayern stars Alphonso Davies, Matthijs de Ligt, Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting, Benjamin Pavard, and Leroy Sane are among the 11,000 people who live there.Kane is likely to move to Grunwald with Katie and their four kids: Ivy, six, Vivienne, five, Louis, two, and Henry, who was born soon after the move was official.
The girls could pay £7,500 a year to go to Munich International School.
There is also International Preschool Munich, where Louis and Henry could go. It would cost the Kane family £975 per week for each child.
There are also high-end places in Grunwald, such as Chang, a Pan-Asian restaurant where sushi platters cost almost £100.
A hair salon and spa in the area are also popular with the Bayern Wags. Prices for beauty services start at £300.
