According to SPORT, which quoted Fabrizio Romano, Barcelona is keeping a careful eye on the development of 18-year-old Swedish forward Roony Bardghji, who plays forward for FC Copenhagen in Denmark.

Less than a month has passed since Bardghji, a 2020 Malmo Academy alumnus, joined the Danish club. He has played in about 70 senior games, has advanced quickly, and is a mainstay in FC Copenhagen’s starting lineup right now.

This season, the young winger has impressed greatly. eleven goals in 27 games across all competitions for the senior team.

 

Last month, in Copenhagen’s UEFA Champions League match against Manchester United, Bardghji scored a goal with a brilliant play.

As was already noted, Barcelona has noticed Bardghji’s ascent this season; nonetheless, Bardghji is also being considered by Chelsea, Juventus, and Bayer Leverkusen.

 

The SPORTS report claims that Barça watched him play a year ago, heard positive things about him, and is still keeping a watch on him.

Next summer, Bardghji will start his last year of work with FC Copenhagen. The team has a current contract with him that ends in 2025. As such, he offers prospective suitors an enticing commercial opportunity; whether Barcelona will submit a bid is unknown.
