According to Barcablaugranes, Jamal Musiala idolizes Lionel Messi, Neymar, and Ronaldinho and he always wishes to wear the number 10 shirt.

Jamal Musiala revealed that he grew up watching Lionel Messi, Neymar and Ronaldinho play. He also admitted that he admired Zinedine Zidane as a child. However, the number one idol in Musiala’s heart is Messi. 

“I admire him very much and have always been fascinated by him. I grew up with Leo and Neymar. They are my favorites because they entertain me a lot and bring a lot of joy to the sport.”

 Musiala once tried to imitate the moves that Messi or Neymar often do.

“I always stop to watch them: Leo scores or Neymar makes those tackles. Then I’ll go out into the garden and try to imitate them. I’ve always been a fan of them,” Musiala said.

He even wore Messi’s number 19 shirt, which the player briefly used as a youth player for Argentina.

“I wore that shirt as a child because I admired him. He always inspired me and I looked at what he did to see if I could imitate him and thus become one. first team player or not.”
