Andy Robertson has distanced himself from rumors suggesting he could leave Liverpool, looking forward to an exciting new challenge under Arne Slot.The 30-year-old full-back was instrumental in Liverpool’s success under Jurgen Klopp’s extraordinary reign, with the pair winning eight titles together including the Premier League and Champions League.

However, this summer marked the beginning of a new era for the red half of Merseyside, in which Jurgen Klopp decided to leave, and Arne Slot was his replacement. Many rumors suggest that Liverpool’s most important players could leave the club, including Mo Salah, Virgil van Dijk or Andy Robertson.

Andy Robertson has the answer for Bayern Munich

Bayern Munich is one of the teams interested in Andy Robertson. Bayern are likely to lose Alphonso Davies to Real Madrid and Robertson is said to be identified as a possible replacement at the left-back position.

But speaking to Sky Sports, Robertson said he is committed to his future with Liverpool. When asked if he had spoken to the new coach, Robertson replied: “No, I haven’t spoken to him yet. I think he will let us focus entirely on the big tournaments in Summer 2024. 

But yeah, a fun new challenge. Obviously, the old era was quite special and I have a lot to be grateful to Klopp for. But obviously now I’m excited by the arrival of a new coach, new ideas, a new voice and I’m really excited about what could come with that.
