Bayern Munich star Alphonso Davies has been linked with a move to Real Madrid, however, he could end up staying at the Bavarian side.

Sources from Sky Germany sаy that talks between Bayern and defender Alphonso Davies about extending their deal are still going on. The star from Canada’s current deal will end in the summer of 2025. The “Gray Tigers” in Bavaria want Davies to sign a new deal this summer so they don’t lose him for free next year.

Bayern made it clear to Davies and his lawyer that they had to either sign a new deal or leave this summer. The defender was talked to by Real Madrid, and the Bay Arena team made an offer of 50 million euros, which is about 43 million pounds or 54 million USԀ. The defending La Liga winners haven’t made an official offer yet, and Sky reports that Davies may be leaning toward an extension after talks with Bayern went well.

Bayern is said to have offered Davies a deal that would keep him there until 2029 and pay him 14 million euros a year (12 million pounds, or 17 million USԀ) plus other fees.
