Fans can tell the picture is false and AI-generated since some of the audience members’ faces are deformed. Holland’s fingers also appear to be much longer than normal, and there are no further images of this alleged event available online.
This is not the first time rumours have circulated that Holland and Zendaya were engaged.
Zendaya responded to rumours of their engagement on Instagram in September 2023, stating, “I can’t post anything, you guys.”
The picture she tweeted was designed to showcase the hat she was wearing rather than “the ring on [her] right finger,” wondering if people believed she would communicate such momentous news in that way.
“I posted it for my hat. Not for the ring on my right finger, you guys. Seriously, you think that’s how I would drop the news? What?”
She even shared the uncropped selfie shortly after that, along with the caption, “Let me just put the full body back so y’all can relax lmao.”
