Victor Wembanyama has totally submerged himself in San Antonio’s diverse cultural tapestry, emphasising the city’s strong Hispanic roots. Wembanyama recently visited the International School of San Antonio, where he was able to reconnect with his own cultural heritage.

 

 

During his visit, Victor celebrated the school’s coveted accreditation: the LabelFrancÉducation seal, which is awarded to select institutions that provide great French language instruction and reflect Wembanyama’s own cultural history. The visit offered Victor with excellent opportunities to spend time with the school’s dedicated staff and kids, as well as form meaningful connections within the community. A compelling minute-long video showcasing the highlights of his visit went viral on social media and even aired during the Spurs’ game against the Toronto Raptors.
