Aaron Gordon gets a fresh tattoo in memorial to his recently deceased sibling

Aaron Gordon paid tribute to his late brother Drew on Instagram. He recently received a new tattoo to honor his late brother Drew Gordon. Drew died in an automobile accident in Portland while he was just 31 years old.

The Gordon family has been crushed by this loss, but Aaron Gordon wanted to express how much he loved and will always remember his late brother.

Drew Gordon, like his younger brother Aaron, played basketball. He played a few games in the NBA with the Nets and 76ers, but he found most of his success in Europe, particularly France and Latvia. Aaron was inspired by his brother’s professional basketball career and chose to follow in his footsteps.

Aaron Gordon had a stronger NBA career than his brother, receiving a lottery pick in the 2014 draft and spending seven seasons with the Magic. He was later moved to the Denver Nuggets in 2021, where he became an integral part of the starting lineup and even helped the team win the NBA championship in 2023.

Aaron Gordon and the rest of his family will surely face emotional challenges in the coming months as they work to recover from such a heartbreaking loss. Drew would have been a mentor to his younger brother, and his absence would have been difficult for Aaron to cope with.

Gordon will be able to focus on himself and his family for the time being, which should and will be his top priority. Basketball is clearly taking a back seat for the time being.
