Upon arriving in the United States, he struggled with his diet, indulging in fast food and fizzy drinks such as Coca-Cola, which led to weight gain. According to reports, Jokic drank up to three liters of Coca-Cola every day, which marked a significant shift from his normal diet.
When Jokic first entered the NBA in 2015, he weighed far less than he does now. He weighed around 250 pounds at the time, indicating a period of adjustment and adaptation to the demands of professional basketball in the United States.
Jokic has gained tremendous muscular mass as a result of his rigorous diet and dedication to his vocation. He currently weighs 284 pounds.
