Jokic, at 28, has clinched three consecutive MVP awards over the seasons, making him accustomed to such accolades resonating through Colorado. Together with his Nuggets teammates, he played a crucial role in securing the team’s inaugural championship. Festivities commenced with a parade in downtown Denver before a brief stop in Las Vegas. Nonetheless, Jokic swiftly returned to Serbia to spend time with his horses.

A Bosnian journalist named Zoran Sarenac shared a video capturing numerous fans chanting “MVP” as their boats navigated down the river. Acknowledging their cheers, the towering man gives a thumbs up, appreciating the admiration as he features in the scene.
Since departing the U.S. for the summer, the down-to-earth player has been engaging in an increasing number of wholesome activities, the latest being his visit. After his time in Sin City, Jokic returned to the Hippodrome in Sombor, his happy place, to witness his beloved horses in action. His enthusiastic spirit almost disrupted the team’s trophy celebration as he got carried away with the races.
Despite their playoff journey shortening their break, Jokic and his teammates have a bit more time to relax before the next season. There are expectations for Jokic to represent Serbia in the upcoming FIBA Basketball World Cup, beginning late next month, with hopes of securing a medal for his country.
