Nikola Jokic, the 2021 NBA Most Valuable Player, has recently acquired a magnificent residence in the picturesque Denver, Colorado area. As a highly successful Serbian athlete with a fortune of $30 million, Jokic stands out in the basketball realm.
Jokic places great importance on family, residing with his high school sweetheart and partner, Natalija Macesic, as well as his two brothers.
While the precise address of Jokic’s property remains undisclosed, it is located in a region known for its opulent residences and breathtaking mountain views.
This three-bedroom apartment offers captivating vistas of Coors Field and is nestled in a serene neighborhood. The interior boasts lofty ceilings that create a palatial atmosphere, featuring a modern design that blends natural materials with sleek finishes, resulting in a unique and inviting ambiance.
An intriguing aspect of the residence is that all visitors are required to wear matching black sandals provided by Jokic’s brothers.
Outside, the three balconies are currently blanketed in snow; however, when the weather permits, it’s common for the brothers to grill Serbian sausage, known as cevapi, on the balcony. While Natalija often takes charge of the cooking, one of the brothers proudly assumes the role of the “grill guy.”
In addition to his Denver residence, Jokic also owns a house in Sombor, his hometown in Serbia. He purchased five plots of land situated between two streets, each with an existing house, with plans to construct a new residence. All previous houses were demolished to make way for this new home, likely intended as a summer retreat for him and his brothers, Strahinja and Nemanja.
The new house will connect the two parallel streets and features a sizable concrete fence in the characteristic style of the Vojvodina region, emphasizing Jokic’s desire for privacy. The villa is shaped like the Cyrillic letter “G,” and an additional structure is currently under construction, with its purpose yet to be revealed.
